Buy a new pack of the same amount on our site (do not send the money back), then :
- If it's a payment via a crypto transfer, indicate the Txid of your already made transfer (see https://support.galeon.care/help/en-us/4-ico/9-i-can-t-find-the-txid-transaction-hash-to-enter-for-my-purchase) then validate.
- If it's a SEPA transfer, send us an email with the reference you indicated in your bank transfer.
