My payment has been refused

  1. Check that you have included the transaction costs into your payment. Otherwise :
    -> Resend the missing part and send an email to support with the Txid of the additional transaction.

  2. Crypto transaction with Txid hash is still pending. If you provided incorrect Txid:
    -> Buy a new pack for the same amount and enter the correct Txid.

  3. You have created multiple purchases with the same Txid. Transaction failed as duplicate.
     -> Send an email to support.
