Liveness check does not start:
- try with another browser
- try with another phone / PC / tablet
My sent documents are systematically refused:
- check that you are sending the front and back of your documents
- only passport, driving license and identity card are accepted
- send well-framed photos of your documents of good quality and good brightness taken on a clean surface
